1 Definitions & Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the jaga9 platform ("Platform", "Website") and all services provided through it. "jaga9", "we", "us" refers to the operating entity of this platform. "User", "you", "your" refers to any person who has registered on jaga9 or is using its services.

By accessing the jaga9 website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are automatically considered to have read and fully accepted these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To open an account and use services on jaga9, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

  • You must be at least 21 years of age. We strictly prohibit minors (under 21) from creating accounts or gambling.
  • You must reside in an area where the use of online betting and casino services is not prohibited by law.
  • You must have full legal capacity and the ability to consent to these Terms voluntarily.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited, and if proven, jaga9 reserves the right to cancel all accounts and forfeit any deposited funds.

3.1 Information at Registration

When creating an account, you will provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Any changes to your information must be updated promptly. If false information is provided, jaga9 reserves the right to close the account and cancel all bonuses.

3.2 Password & Security

Keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. If you become aware of any unauthorized access, contact us immediately at [email protected]. You are responsible for any activity carried out through your account by a third party.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods & Minimum Amount

The following methods are available for depositing funds on jaga9:

  • Upay — Mobile Financial Service
  • Bank Transfer — Major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. There is no service fee on deposits.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. Before submitting a withdrawal request, ensure that your account verification has been completed.

jaga9 may request additional verification documents in certain circumstances — this is to prevent fraud and ensure the security of user funds. Withdrawals will only be processed using the same method used for the deposit.

Warning

Depositing or withdrawing using another person's payment account is strictly prohibited. If such a transaction is identified, the account may be suspended.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

After making their first deposit on jaga9, users will receive a 150% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳15,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,500 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,500. Or if you deposit ৳22,000 you will receive the maximum ৳15,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳37,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds become withdrawable. A 25x wagering requirement applies on the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus). Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = ৳37,500 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus offer can be used only once — not multiple times for the same household or IP address.
  • Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing any funds earned using a bonus.
  • Bet limits on specific games may apply during an active bonus.
  • jaga9 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
  • The deadline for completing bonus wagering requirements will apply from the date the bonus is activated.

6 Game Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

jaga9 offers betting on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Before placing a bet, read the terms of the relevant market carefully. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled unless a technical error occurs in the system.

6.2 Casino Games

All casino games — including slots, live casino, and fishing games — are powered by software from world-renowned providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming. Each game has its own rules and mechanics, which should be read before starting to play.

6.3 Technical Errors

If the outcome of a game remains undetermined due to a technical error in the server or game software, jaga9 reserves the right to refund the bets for that round. Payouts made due to an error will not be considered valid.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jaga9 platform:

  • Creating or operating multiple accounts.
  • Registering using a false identity or fraudulent documents.
  • Abusing the bonus system — such as placing bets using a specific strategy solely to withdraw a bonus.
  • Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to bet or play games.
  • Accessing another user's account without authorization.
  • Engaging in money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
  • Attempting to hack the platform's software or systems.
  • Harassing, threatening, or insulting other users.
  • Betting or gaming on behalf of a minor.

If any of these prohibitions are violated, jaga9 reserves the right to immediately close the account, forfeit funds, and take legal action.

8 Limitation of Liability

jaga9 provides services as an entertainment platform. jaga9's liability is limited in the following matters:

  • If a game is left incomplete due to internet disconnection or technical reasons.
  • If a transaction is delayed due to issues with third-party software or a payment gateway.
  • If a user suffers financial loss from gambling — every bet is considered a voluntary decision by the user.
  • If service is temporarily disrupted due to technical limitations or maintenance.

The platform's total liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law.

10 Account Closure & Suspension

10.1 Closure at the User's Request

Any user may voluntarily close their account by emailing [email protected]. An opportunity to withdraw the remaining balance will be provided before the account is closed.

10.2 Closure at jaga9's Initiative

jaga9 may suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

  • Violation of any clause of these Terms.
  • Providing false information or identity fraud.
  • Bonus abuse or attempts at manipulation.
  • Suspicion of illegal activity or money laundering.
  • Upon order from a court or regulatory authority.
